我国的经济发展和市场经济体制正不断趋于完善,而家族企业是促进其发展的一支不可忽视的力量。然而,由于家族企业的治理模式中所存在的固有缺陷,极大地限制了其自身的经营规模。为了更好的满足现今市场经济发展的要求以及实现其自身的可持续发展,家族企业发展的必然选择是建立一种产权明晰、权责分明的现代企业制度。本文在剖析家族企业管理模式弊端的基础上提出了家族企业向现代企业转变的建议。
Our country’s economic development and market economy system are constantly perfecting, and family-owned enterprises are a force that can not be neglected to promote their development. However, due to the inherent shortcomings in the governance model of the family business, it has greatly limited its own scale of operation. In order to meet the requirements of the current market economy and achieve its own sustainable development, the inevitable choice for the development of family-owned enterprises is to establish a modern enterprise system with clear property rights and clear rights and responsibilities. Based on the analysis of the drawbacks of the family business management model, this paper puts forward the suggestion of changing the family business to the modern enterprise.
