有些脑肿瘤由于发病部位不影响脑脊液的循环,故不出现颅内(?)增高征,但因影响脑血循环,而呈脑血管病表现,特别在老年患者,常易误诊。现报告2例,以期从中吸取经验教训。例1,患者男性,54岁.因神志不清3小时入院,患者于前一天突然出现频繁呕吐,左侧肢体不灵活而跌倒。于入院前3小时,叫之不应,并有小便失禁等。体检:BP110/60mmHg。神志不清,双侧瞳孔不
