就长岭炼油化工有限公司奥贝尔氧化沟设计、施工及运行过程中出现的氧化沟空池上浮、充氧设备配置失当及主轴断裂等问题及其造成的运行后果进行了讨论 ,阐述了设计、施工过程中出现的偏差对氧化沟溶解氧控制所带来的影响 ,并就溶解氧分配时应注意的事项及大型构筑物防空池上浮等问题提出了建议。
This paper discusses the problems such as the floating of oxidation ditches, the improper configuration of oxygenation equipment and the fracture of the main shaft during the design, construction and operation of the Orbel oxidation ditch of Changling Petrochemical Co., Ltd. And the operation consequences caused by them. The design, The influence of deviation occurred in the process of construction on the dissolved oxygen control of oxidation ditch and the suggestions on the matters needing attention in the distribution of dissolved oxygen and the floating up of air defense bay in large structures are put forward.
