随着台商投资逐渐由沿海转向内地,内陆地区兴办的台资企业愈来愈多,同时也暴露了一些问题。主要表现在: ①资金不足。尤其是周转资金严重不足,直接影响台资企业的正常生产。某台资企业资金短缺,金融单位苦于给台商贷款无政策规定,提出要有担保人,而台商在当地人地两生,自身又无力筹措资金,使企业陷入困境。②职工素质低下。台商乐意到大陆投资的原因之一,是大陆劳动力价格低廉,但内地廉价劳动力的生产
