1997年全国共成交技术合同25.05万份,合同成交额351.37亿元,其中,华东地区合同成交数12.04万份,合同成交额106.50亿元,分别占总数的48.06％和30.31％,从统计数据看,华东六省一市的技术交易量在全国的技术交易总量中占的比重还是比较大的,合同成交数约占近一半,合同成交额占了近三分之一,其原因可能二,一是华东地区所包含的省市多、地域大、人口多,科技水平比较高;二是华东地区多是沿海省市,改革开放较早,经济比较发达,思想比较解放,人员素质较高。 一、华东地区各省市技术交易之比
