Zhu Huan, a famous historian and senior expert on medieval history in the world, is a professor and doctoral tutor at Northeast Normal University, director of the Institute of World Classical Civilizations History, and recipient of the “Special Government Allowance” by the State Council. He has long served as a member of the National Social Science Fund Members of the review team, served as a member of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee.
