侦查专业产学研合作应为公安高等院校与科研单位、实战部门结合,将教学、科研成果转化为公安机关的执法能力,其产生的效益就体现在执法能力和执法水平的提高。基于这样的观点,通过分析当前侦查专业产学研合作教育存在的不足,提出结合公安工作的实际,贴近实战需要培养优秀侦查员的几点意见。
The cooperation of research institutes for research, production and research should be a combination of public security institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes and actual combat units, and the transformation of teaching and scientific research into law enforcement capabilities of public security organs. The benefits arising from such cooperation are reflected in the improvement of law enforcement ability and law enforcement. Based on this view, by analyzing the existing shortcomings of cooperative education of production, teaching and research, we put forward some suggestions on how to train excellent investigators in the light of the actual situation of public security work and close to actual combat needs.
