一、调查目的“需要”是人所必需的而又欠缺的事物在头脑中的反映。它是人积极行动的内驱力。人们有了某种需要后,才提出行为目的,考虑行为方式,获取所需的东西,以得到某种程度的满足。需要得到满足,会使人产生愉悦的情绪体验,焕发学习、工作方面的热情;需要得不到满足,会使人产生挫折的情绪体验,并从身心诸方面影响活动的效能。需要制约着各项活动,研究他们的需要是调动他们工作积极性的重要课题。本调查拟研究乡村小学教师需要的结构,需要受挫的分布;乡村中、青年小学教师在需要上的差异等三个问题。
First, the purpose of the survey “needs” is a necessary and necessary thing in the minds of the reflection. It is the internal drive for positive action. When people have a certain need, they ask for the purpose of their behavior, consider the way of doing things, obtain the things they need to obtain some degree of satisfaction. Needs to be met, will make people have a pleasant emotional experience, full of enthusiasm for learning and work; need not be met, will have a setback emotional experience, and physically and mentally affect the effectiveness of activities. The need to constrain various activities and to study their needs is an important issue in mobilizing their work enthusiasm. The survey intends to study the structure of rural primary school teachers need to be frustrated distribution; rural primary and secondary school teachers in the needs of the differences between the three issues.
