我国现行的普通水泥、火山灰质水泥、矿渣水泥国家标准是苏联四十年代的老标准,其内容陈旧,且有很多不合理的规定。用“硬练法”鉴定水泥标号,对掺矿渣等混合材的水泥,存在标号偏高的现象,不能满足使用要求;现行标准不利于小水泥的发展;对氧化镁等有害成分规定过严,不利于资源充分利用。为了制订新的水泥检验标准,国家建委建材总局于一九七七年三月八日至三月十八日,在合肥召开“纯熟料水
China’s current national standard for cement, pozzolanic cement, and slag cement is the old standard of the Soviet Union in the 1940s. Its content is outdated and there are many unreasonable regulations. Using the “hard training method” to identify cement labels, there is a phenomenon of high labeling on cements with mixed materials such as slag, which cannot meet the requirements for use; the current standards are not conducive to the development of small cements; regulations on harmful ingredients such as magnesium oxide are too strict. In order to formulate new cement inspection standards, the National Building Materials Bureau of the State Construction Administration held a “clinker water” in Hefei from March 8 to March 18, 1977.
