重农固本,是安民之基,习近平同志强调要始终把解决“三农”问题作为全党工作的重中之重。发展农业、造福农村、富裕农民是始终萦绕在他心头的“三农梦”。“农业梦”、“农村梦”、“农民梦”这三梦之间相互联系、相互扶持,而“农村梦”的实现起着尤为重要的作用。本文通过追溯至马克思恩格斯关于农村问题的经典论述,阐述习近平的“农村梦”。
The principle of “strengthening peasants for agriculture” is the foundation for the safety of the people. Comrade Xi Jinping emphasized that we must always solve the “three agricultural issues” as the most important task for the entire party. To develop agriculture and bring benefit to the rural areas, the rich peasants are the dream of “Three Rural and Farmers” that always linger in his heart. The dreams of agriculture, rural dreams and peasant dreams are interrelated and mutually supportive, and the realization of rural dreams plays an especially important role. This article elaborates Xi Jinping’s “Rural Dream” by going back to Marx and Engels’s classical exposition on rural issues.
