“十二五”规划做出了巩固九年义务教育普及成果的重大决策部署。新制度经济学某些主张是与马克思主义以人为本的观点相一致的,以新制度经济学的理论观点来研究我国中小学教育管理与改革,有助于为我们提高办学效率提供一种新思路。
The Twelfth Five-Year Plan has made major decisions and arrangements for consolidating the popularization of nine-year compulsory education. Some of the claims of the new institutional economics are in line with the Marxist viewpoint of taking people as the foundation. Studying the management and reform of primary and secondary education in the perspective of the new institutional economics will help us to provide a new idea for us to improve the efficiency of running schools.
