为加快全省矿业经济发展,山东省政府以鲁政办发[2001]18号文出台了鼓励外商来鲁投资勘查开采非油气矿产资源的优惠政策。外商来鲁投资勘查开采非油气矿产,除享受国办发[2000]70号文件提出的以及国家已实行的有关优惠政策外,还可享受下列优惠政策: (一)各级政府可按照外商投资的规模,将其探采矿项目纳入同级重点建设项目规划,并享受相关政策。
In order to speed up the development of the province’s mining economy, the Shandong Provincial Government issued the No. 18 Document [2001] of the Lu Zheng Office of the People’s Republic of China to promulgate preferential policies to encourage foreign investors to invest in exploration and exploitation of non-oil and gas mineral resources. Foreign investors who invest in the exploration and exploitation of non-oil and gas minerals may enjoy the following preferential policies in addition to those provided by the State Council issued [2000] No. 70 documents and the relevant preferential policies that the country has already implemented: (1) Governments at all levels may follow foreign investment The scale of the project will incorporate its exploration and mining projects into the planning of key construction projects at the same level and enjoy relevant policies.
