以往的研究证实,感觉神经释放的SP是一种致炎物质,且龈沟上皮内有较多的感觉神经分布。本文作者等用免疫染色法观察了龈沟上皮组织内SP含有神经的分布。用体重200~300g的Wistar雄性大鼠,于全麻下灌流固定,取磨牙区颌骨块,后固定,脱钙,制作30~40μm冰冻切片,用PAP法行SP免疫染色,发现龈沟上皮内有SP含有神经纤维且在上皮下行成神经丛。这种分布酷似降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin gene-related
Previous studies have confirmed that the sensory nerve release of SP is a pro-inflammatory substances, and the gingival sulcus more sensory nerve distribution. The authors used immunostaining to observe the distribution of SP-containing nerves in the sulcus epithelium. The Wistar male rats weighing 200-300g were perfused and fixed under general anesthesia.
