患者,男,58岁,右利,小学文化程度。主因两下肢麻木3年,两下肢无力,走路不稳4个月于1992年11月30日来我院门诊诊治,患者于3年前开始两下肢发麻发木,经常伴有烧灼感。4个月前出现两下肢软弱无力,走路不稳,逐渐加重。走路时有踩棉花样的感觉。发病后经常头晕、失眠、腹胀、胃纳减少,排尿不利。既往健康,无性病冶游史。有饮酒史近40年,近20年平均每天饮酒约500克,均为烈性白酒。
Patient, male, 58 years old, right, primary school education. Mainly due to numbness of the lower extremities for three years, two lower extremities weakness, walking unsteady 4 months in November 30, 1992 came to our hospital for treatment, the patient began three years ago two lower limb numbness, often accompanied by burning sensation. Four months ago, two lower extremities appeared feeble, walking unsteadily and gradually aggravated. There is a cotton-like feeling when walking. After the onset of frequent dizziness, insomnia, abdominal distension, reduced appetite, urination adverse. Past health, history of sex tourism. Have a history of drinking nearly 40 years, nearly 20 years, the average daily consumption of about 500 grams, are spirits liquor.
