领导人员考核评价工作是国有企业加强领导人员队伍建设的重要环节,也是促进企业科学发展的基石。文章阐述了中国中煤能源集团学习贯彻《中央企业领导人员管理暂行规定》和《中央企业领导班子和领导人员综合考核评价办法(试行)》,切实加强和改进领导人员考核评价工作的实践和成效,并提出了创新构想。
The examination and evaluation of leaderships are an important part of state-owned enterprises in stepping up their leadership team building and also the cornerstone of promoting the scientific development of enterprises. The article elaborates on China Coal Energy Group’s study and implementation of the Interim Provisions on the Leadership Management of Central Enterprises and the Measures for the Comprehensive Assessment of Leading Groups and Leading Staffs of Central Enterprises (Trial Implementation), so as to effectively strengthen and improve the practice and effectiveness of leadership assessment and evaluation , And put forward the idea of innovation.
