随着我国社会保障体系的不断完善,医保支付已经成为人们进行就医结算的首选方式。但是,现阶段的医保状况仍旧有许多需要不断完善,尤其是在医保支付方面,其发展状况将会直接影响到医院财务管理的运行。为了帮助医院规避在成本控制以及财务管理方面可能会产生的不良影响,本文将主要从医保支付方式的发展现状及主要变化入手,进一步剖析医保支付方式变化对医院财务管理的影响以及应对对策。
With the continuous improvement of China’s social security system, medical insurance payment has become the preferred method of medical settlement for people. However, at this stage, there are still many medical insurance needs to be constantly improved, especially in the aspect of medical insurance payment. Its development status will directly affect the operation of the hospital’s financial management. In order to help hospitals to avoid the possible adverse effects on cost control and financial management, this article will mainly start with the development status and major changes of the medical insurance payment mode, and further analyze the impact of changes in medical insurance payment on the hospital’s financial management and countermeasures.
