目的观察现代康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响,采用随机对照设计方法观察急性脑卒中偏瘫早期进行运动疗法与作业疗法康复治疗的疗效。方法将300例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分两组,早期综合康复组综合运用Bobath Brunnstrom,PNF等方法进行综合康复训练,疗程1个月;对照组不进行综合康复训练。效果评定采用临床神经功能缺损程度评分,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA),Barthel指数(MBI)于初期、末期(1个月)对两组患者评定并进行t检验。结果治疗后早期综合康复组临床神经功能缺损程度评分10±7明显减少,与对照组18±9相比,t=4.07,P<0.001;FMA(72±28),MBI(80±24)明显提高,与对照组相比,t值分别等于3.99和6.50,P<0.001,结论早期介入康复治疗可明显促进患肢运动功能的康复。
Objective To observe the effect of modern rehabilitation on functional recovery of patients with hemiplegia after stroke and to evaluate the effect of exercise therapy and rehabilitation therapy on early hemiplegia in acute stroke by randomized controlled design. Methods 300 acute stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups. The early comprehensive rehabilitation group comprehensively used the methods of Bobath Brunnstrom and PNF to carry out the comprehensive rehabilitation training for one month. The control group did not perform comprehensive rehabilitation training. To evaluate the effect of the clinical neurological deficit score, Fugl-Meyer motor function score (FMA), Barthel index (MBI) in the early and the end (1 month) of the two groups were assessed and t test. Results The score of clinical neurological deficit in early comprehensive rehabilitation group was significantly decreased after treatment (10 ± 7 vs t = 4.07, P <0.001); the scores of FMA (72 ± 28) and MBI (80 ± 24) Compared with the control group, the t values were equal to 3.99 and 6.50, P <0.001, Conclusion Early interventional rehabilitation can significantly promote rehabilitation of limb motor function.
