用巯基乙醇作为链转移剂 ,将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯与丙烯酸酯共聚成端羟基大分子单体 ,再合成到水性聚氨酯上获得含氟聚氨酯分散体。讨论了引发剂、单体浓度及组成对端羟基含氟丙烯酸酯类共聚反应的影响 ,并用表面红外证实了氟在聚合物膜表面的富集而赋予材料的拒水特征。
Using mercaptoethanol as a chain transfer agent, dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate and acrylic acid ester were copolymerized into hydroxyl-terminated macromonomer and then synthesized into aqueous polyurethane to obtain fluorinated polyurethane dispersion. The effects of initiator, monomer concentration and composition on the copolymerization of hydroxyl-containing fluorine-containing acrylates were discussed. Surface-enhanced infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was used to confirm the water-repellent characteristics of fluorine on the surface of polymer membrane.
