我们应用泰必利与654-2治疗40例血管性头痛40例,其中典型性血管性头痛10例,普通型30例。男15例,女25例。年龄14～82岁,临床症状典型,都具有反复发作史,持续时间一般2～3天以上,均接受过止痛及对症治疗,但效果不明显。给药方法:每次给泰必利50毫克、654-2 10毫克同时口服,日3次,一般服药2～3次都能使头痛迅速解除;恶心呕吐、头晕明显缓解。当所有症
