由空气压缩机制成的压缩气内,含有大量以气体形式存在的水份,这些水份渗入输送网络之中,可能造成严重破坏。法国CTA公司已制成两种全新款式的干燥机,用以消除压缩空气中的冷凝水份。为了符合所有使用者的需求,CTA公司设计出两种干燥剂式干燥机,一种是非热能再生式干燥机,称为DA式,另一种是热能再生式干燥机,称为HDA式。干燥机装设自给自足的再生系统。由干燥箱中输出的干燥空气将于另一箱中作再生之用,此程序无需额外热能,故所需电力仅为0.06kW。
Compressed air made from air compressors contains a large amount of moisture in the form of gas that can penetrate into the network and can cause serious damage. CTA France has made two new models of dryer, to eliminate the condensation of moisture in the compressed air. To meet the needs of all users, CTA designed two desiccant dryers, one of which is a non-thermal regenerative dryer called the DA model and the other a thermal regenerative dryer called the HDA model. Dryer equipped with self-sufficient regeneration system. The dry air output from the oven will be used for regeneration in another tank. This process requires no additional heat and therefore requires only 0.06 kW of electricity.
