本文介绍一种三维摩擦单元,用以分析土壤切削刀具在切削过程中,土壤与刀具表面的相互作用。并用此单元对窄刀板切削过程进行了计算,同时给出了窄刀板切削过程界面应力的测量结果,对比表明两者具有良好的一致性。
This article presents a three-dimensional friction unit that analyzes the interaction of soil and tool surfaces during the cutting of soil cutting tools. The cutting process of the narrow blade was calculated with this element, and the measurement results of the interfacial stress in the process of narrow blade cutting were given. The comparison shows that the two have good consistency.
