社会保障基金的安全与完整,直接关系广大参保人员的切身利益和社会的稳定。如何管好用好社保基金,是全国上下十分关注的课题。社保基金监管不是简单的管理性工作,而是一个系统的管理工程,需要政府各部门各司其职,齐抓共管;需要全社会全方位地进行监督,才能奏效。因此,社保基金监管必须坚持四管齐下,做到四个强化。
The safety and integrity of social security funds have a direct bearing on the immediate interests and social stability of the majority of insured persons. How to manage and make good use of social security funds is a topic of great concern throughout the country. The supervision of social security funds is not a simple management work, but a systematic management project, which requires all government departments to work their own ways and make concerted efforts. It needs the supervision of all sectors of society to work effectively. Therefore, the supervision of the social security fund must adhere to the four-pronged approach and achieve four enhancements.
