如何创建一个富有凝聚力的积极向上的班集体,使班级各项工作充满勃勃生机展示活力,需要班主任作有心人,不断探索。多年的实践,使我的班级管理工作走上了良性循环的道路,取得了良好的效果。特别是近年来,所带的班级整体素质逐步提高,学生富有集体荣誉感,积极要求上进,中考成绩届届名列年级前茅,班级常规管理在学校考核中年年处于领先地位,班级几乎年年被评为先进集体。实践告诉我,要搞好班级管理工作,关键在以下三个方面。
