结合浙江乐清湾项目实践经验,从思想认识、组织机构、培训教育、施工现场、奖罚机制等角度,阐述了施工企业班组作业标准化管理策略,改善了项目管理粗放、施工现场混乱的现状。
Combined with the practical experience of Yueqing Bay Project in Zhejiang Province, this paper elaborates the standardization management tactics of construction team and group operation from the aspects of ideological understanding, organization, training and education, construction site, reward and punishment mechanism, and improves the current situation of extensive project management and construction site confusion.
