目前,高层建筑电梯井筒的模板多采用筒子模施工。各施工单位普遍的做法是,在电梯井筒的一面墙采用1块大模板再加上2个角模组成的筒子模。为了拆模方便,角模现在已经由原来的死角模演变成带铰链的活动角模(也称为铰链角模),但是模板的拆除仍然很困难。主要原因有以下几点。1.活动角模与大模板之间有缝隙,混凝土浇捣漏出的浆液及其他杂物经常卡堵活动铰链,使它不能自由转动,活动角模实际上变成了死角模。2.由于一面墙只用一块大模板,两者之间的接触面积大,拆除时大模
At present, the template of high-rise building elevator wellbore is mostly constructed with a tubular sub-module. The common practice among construction companies is to use a large template on the wall of the shaft of an elevator, plus two sub-modules consisting of corner dies. In order to facilitate the removal of the mold, the corner die has now evolved from the original blind die into a hinged movable corner die (also known as a hinged corner die), but the removal of the die plate is still difficult. The main reasons are as follows. 1. There is a gap between the movable corner die and the large die plate. The slurry and other debris that the concrete poured out of it often jam the living hinge so that it cannot rotate freely. The movable corner die actually becomes a dead angle die. 2. Since only one large template is used for a wall, the contact area between the two is large.
