This article reports the ultrasound measurement of fetal biparietal diameter, screening open spina bifida and proofreading gestational age. Data from the second trimester of pregnancy-positive serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) positive, and then measured by ultrasound fetal biparietal diameter to explore.
