亚里士多德是历史上第一位正义理论的集大成者。亚里士多德以中庸为本位的正义观,既是古希腊社会历史发展的理论表现,也是对此前古希腊政治思想中的“中庸”观念的继承和发展。公正德性是亚里士多德德性体系中最重要的德性之一,在其德性体系中享有崇高的地位。
Aristotle is the first master of justice in history. Aristotle¡¯s golden mean-based concept of justice is not only the theoretical expression of the development of ancient Greek society, but also the inheritance and development of the “moderate ” concept in the ancient Greek political thought. The virtue of justice is one of the most important virtues in the Aristotelian system and enjoys a high status in its system of virtue.
