在近 10年内按季度收集了同一个体人发样品 33份 ,指甲样品 41份和趾甲样品 39份。应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了人发、指甲、趾甲中镉的含量。绘制了含量值随时间 (年 )的变化曲线。获得了镉含量的波动范围 :人发 0 0 10 0～ 0 410 0 μg·g-1,指甲 0 0 2 95～ 0 5 314μg·g-1,趾甲 0 0 899～ 1 2 74μg·g-1。变化曲线均具有非线性特征
In the past 10 years, 33 samples of the same individual, 41 nail samples and 39 nail samples were collected on a quarterly basis. The contents of cadmium in human hair, nails and toenails were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The curve of the content value with time (year) is plotted. The fluctuation range of cadmium content was obtained from 0 0 10 0 to 0 410 0 μg · g-1, from 0 0 2 95 to 0 5 314 μg · g-1 for nails, from 0 899 to 1 2 74 μg · g-1 for nails . The curves have nonlinear characteristics
