The people of Liaoning have a dream that to rejuvenate the old industrial base in Liaoning must use the“ Chinese Equipment” to support the equipment “Made in China”. That becomes a motive force in the equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning. In 2005, the industrial added value from equipment manufacturing in Liaoning got to 66.65 billion Yuan, increasing 22.1% as compared. People regard the equipment manufacturing industry as a“ heart” of industry of Liaoning. And if the heart gives a strong pulse, the industry in Liaoning can be strong truly. The leading group of the province pays special attention to the development of equipment manufacturing industry and gives many important speeches on it. To develop the equipment manufac- turing industry first becomes a key in adjustment of industrial structure of Liaoning province.
