随着我国高等教育进入后大众化时代,高职教育竞争压力越来越大。当前,高等职业教育领域存在生源不足与吸引力不强等严峻问题,尤其是欠发达地区的高职院校所受到的冲击更加明显,问题也更加突出。对此,在深入分析欠发达地区高职院校发展中的突出问题的基础上,对欠发达地区高职院校实现可持续发展的路径给出建议。
With the popularization of higher education in our country, the competition pressure of higher vocational education is getting bigger and bigger. At present, there are some serious problems such as lack of students and lack of attraction in the field of higher vocational education. In particular, the higher vocational colleges in underdeveloped areas are more exposed and the problems are more conspicuous. In this regard, based on the in-depth analysis of the outstanding problems in the development of higher vocational colleges in less-developed areas, suggestions are given to the ways of realizing sustainable development in higher vocational colleges in underdeveloped areas.
