因棘轮梅花扳手具有其它扳手无法比拟的优点,越来越显示出其强大的生命力。但因结构复杂,加工困难,生产周期长,故而产量较少。在扳手的各零件中,以加工棘轮最为复杂,是制约扳手产量和质量的主要因素。笔者为改进棘轮的生产工艺,作了一些新的尝试。1.棘轮制坯工艺的选择由于棘轮的产量多和结构复杂(图1),其制坯艺工可能将有以下四种方式:①自由锻造,目前通行工艺。②热挤压成形。③温挤压成形。④冷挤压成形。四种工艺的优缺点如表1所示。其中从1到4表
Due to the advantages of ratchet wrenches with other wrenches, more and more shows its strong vitality. However, due to the complex structure, processing difficulties, long production cycle, so the yield less. Among the various parts of the wrench, the most complicated processing of the ratchet is the main factor that restricts the output and quality of the wrench. I made some new attempts to improve the production process of ratchet. 1.
