含金硫酸烧渣氰化提金工艺在我国逐渐发展起来,对其金泥冶炼工艺有必要进行研究.本文提出用酸(碱)除杂,富集金泥冶炼、合质金电解分离金银的工艺流程.重点考查了除杂过程中各主要影响因素,介绍富集金泥冶炼,电解分离金银方法,使金的冶炼回收率达98%以上,并得较纯的金、银锭.
Gold-bearing sulfuric acid residue scouring cyanidation process gradually developed in China, its gold mud smelting process is necessary to study.In this paper, the use of acid (alkali) impurity, enrichment of gold mud smelting, gold and silver electrolysis separation of gold and silver process This paper mainly examines the main influencing factors in the process of impurity removal, introduces the method of enriching the gold mud and smelting and separating the gold and silver by electrolysis, so that the recovery rate of gold smelting reaches over 98%, and pure gold and silver ingots are obtained.
