目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定十个已知产地的生首乌水解前、后蒽醌类成分的含量,从而评价不同采集地生何首乌的质量.方法:HPLC 法,以 C18为色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85:15)为流动相,流速为1.0ml?min -1;检测波长254nm;结果:四川峨眉山样品中的蒽醌类成分含量最高,游离型和结合型大黄素含量分别为235.59mg/100g,18.17mg/100g,游离型大黄素甲醚为97.69 mg/100g;而重庆缙云山、贵州施秉、广西田阳样品中蒽醌类成分含量则较低.结论:各产地生何首乌中蒽醌类成分主要为大黄素,大黄素甲醚,其含量随产地差异较大,为生何首乌质量评价提供了可靠的指标和方法.“,”Objective: To determine the contents of anthraquinone before and after hydrolysis in the commercial medicinal materials of Radix Polygomi Multiflori colected from different areas respectively by RP-HPLC. Methods: The determination was carried out using C18 column,with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(85:15),the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: Anthraquinone contents in Sichuan Emei Mountain sample is maximal.The free type and union type emodin contents were 235.59mg/100g, 18.17mg/100g and the free type physcion was 97.69 mg/100g .The contents in the Chongqing Jin Yun county , Guizhou Shi Bing county, Guangxi Tian Yang sample were lower. Conclusion: Anthraquinone contained in the samples were mainly emodin and physcion.The contents varied greatly in the samples from the different producing areas. Make a Radix Polygomi Multiflori quality evaluation has provided the reliable index and method.
