Yu Yunyao, executive vice president of the Central Party School, pointed out that our party has six major tasks to enhance its ability to govern: First, we must arm the entire party with the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ Second, we must unswervingly grasp the first priority of developing this country in governing and rejuvenating the country.
