本文在简述识别结构系统模态参数Levy法的基础上,研制了计算机(FORTRAN语言)程序TFMP。分析讨论了由识别模态数大引起矩阵条件数大,以及识别的传递函数数学模型计算曲线与实验曲线前后端拟合不良等问题。为了避免和改善这些情况,文中提出了有效的压缩系数确定方法和平衡因子的选取方法。经机床主轴结构系统模态参数识别并验证后,表明TFMP程序有效、实用。
Based on the brief description of the Levy method which is used to identify the modal parameters of the structural system, this paper develops the TFMP program of computer (FORTRAN language). Analyzed and discussed the large number of matrix conditions caused by the large number of identification modalities, and the mathematical curve of the identified transfer function and the poor fitting of the front and back of the experimental curve. In order to avoid and improve these conditions, the paper proposed an effective compression coefficient determination method and balance factor selection method. After the modal parameters of machine tool spindle structure are identified and validated, it shows that the TFMP program is effective and practical.
