液压挖掘机是集机、电、液于一体的复杂工程机械,可以在各种工况下频繁启动、制动进行工作,因此时程特性是评价其工作过程的重要指标。在ADAMS中,分别建立挖掘机的刚性模型和刚柔耦合模型并进行动力学分析,得到工作装置的时变曲线。结果对比表明刚柔耦合建模更符合实际,能更真实地反应工作装置工作性能,可为进一步优化挖掘机结构提供依据。
Hydraulic excavator is a complex engineering machinery integrating machine, electricity and liquid. It can start and brake frequently under various working conditions. Therefore, the characteristic of time course is an important index to evaluate its working process. In ADAMS, the rigid model and the rigid-flexible model of the excavator are established respectively and the dynamic analysis is carried out to obtain the time-varying curve of the working device. The comparison of the results shows that the rigid-flexible coupling modeling is more realistic and can reflect the working performance of the working device more faithfully, which can provide the basis for further optimization of excavator structure.
