在室温硫化型有机硅橡胶中加入聚合物中空微球制备室温硫化型有机硅复合泡沫材料。研究结果表明,固化条件(时间、温度)与硅橡胶一致;中空微球的含量越高,有机硅复合泡沫材料的成型工艺要求越高,当聚合物中空微球与硅橡胶的质量配合比达7∶10以上,需要外力的作用才可形成厚度均匀、表面平整的平面制件。中空微球与615胶的质量配合比为7∶10,固化时间约10h,制得的有机硅复合泡沫材料胶膜表面干爽,胶膜弹性好,压缩率达21.5%时,有机硅复合泡沫材料的泡孔结构仍具有较好的完整性和均匀性,能保持长期稳定的力学性能。
Room temperature vulcanization type silicone composite foam was prepared by adding polymer hollow microspheres into the vulcanized silicone rubber at room temperature. The results show that the curing conditions (time and temperature) are consistent with that of silicone rubber. The higher the content of hollow microspheres, the higher the requirement of forming process of silicone composite foam. When the mass ratio of polymer hollow microspheres to silicon rubber is up to 7:10 above, the need for the role of external forces to form a uniform thickness, flat surface of the workpiece parts. Hollow microspheres and 615 plastic mass ratio of 7:10, curing time of about 10h, the resulting silicone composite foam film surface dry, good film elasticity, compression rate of 21.5%, the silicone composite foam The cell structure still has good integrity and uniformity, to maintain long-term stability of the mechanical properties.
