以结构稳定性设计思想为指导,对某型大型水陆两栖飞机结构的下部普通框外框缘进行结构优化设计。研究表明,在不降低结构承载能力的前提下,框缘截面积显著减小,材料利用效率明显提高,达到了较好的减重效果。研究结果对实际飞机结构设计工作具有一定的参考价值。
Under the guidance of the design concept of structural stability, structural optimization design of the lower ordinary frame outer rim of a large amphibious aircraft structure is carried out. The research shows that without reducing the structural carrying capacity, the cross-sectional area of the frame is significantly reduced, and the material utilization efficiency is significantly improved, achieving a better weight loss effect. The research results have certain reference value for the actual aircraft structure design.
