目的探讨高压氧治疗急性有害气体中毒的疗效及护理措施。方法对164例急性一氧化碳中毒、8例急性二氧化碳中毒、21例天燃气占位中毒、3例沼气占位中毒、9例电缆燃烧烟雾中毒、1例二氯乙烷中毒患者进行高压氧治疗,并在治疗过程中开展恰当的护理措施。结果急性一氧化碳中毒患者治愈159例,治愈率97%,发生迟发性脑病而放弃治疗5例;急性二氧化碳中毒患者治愈8例,治愈率100%;天然气吸入占位患者治愈21例,治愈率100%,沼气占位中毒患者治愈2例,治愈率67%;电缆燃烧烟雾中毒患者治愈9例,治愈率100%;二氯乙烷中毒患者治愈1例,治愈率100%。全部病例在治疗过程中未发生意外。结论高压氧能迅速纠正组织缺氧、改善有氧代谢,促进功能恢复。但要早期足程,否则会降低治疗效果。护理质量也是至关重要的,要针对不同有害气体中毒特点和不同的治疗阶段开展相应的护理工作,及时总结治疗及护理经验,提高治愈率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and nursing of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute toxic gas poisoning. All cases did not occur during the treatment of accidents. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen can quickly correct hypoxia, improve aerobic metabolism and promote functional recovery. But to early foot, otherwise it will reduce the treatment effect. The quality of care is also crucial. Different types of harmful gas poisoning and different stages of treatment should be taken to carry out appropriate nursing work, summarize the experience of treatment and nursing, and improve the cure rate.
