本文通过对湖南省生态公益林体系的现状进行系统分析、探讨，力图找出合理的生态公益林规划原则、发展规模和经营措施。
In this paper, the status quo of ecological public welfare forest system in Hunan Province is systematically analyzed and discussed in an attempt to find a reasonable planning principle, development scale and management measures of ecological public welfare forest.
