大型重建大坝利用原大坝作为上游围堰进行导流是一种非常经济的导流方案,但由于原大坝以永久建筑物作为上游围堰进行挡水,不仅要考虑大坝运行安全、下游防洪还要顾及坝体泄水建筑物的病险情况,使利用原大坝作为上游围堰进行导流的重建工程风险分析又不同于新建水利工程。在深入分析利用原大坝施工导流的基础上,探讨了该类工程施工导流风险定义和应考虑的因素,提出了相应的导流风险分析方法,并结合丰满水电站实际工程的导流方案进行了计算分析和验证。结果表明,利用原大坝作为上游围堰进行导流的重建工程,应主要考虑水文不确性影响,且采用Monte-Carlo方法模拟水文的随机性较适宜。
Large-scale reconstruction of dams using the original dams as upstream cofferdam diversion is a very economical diversion scheme, but because of the original dam as a permanent cofferdam to block the water upstream, not only to consider the safety of the dam operation, Flood control in the downstream should also take into account the risk of dam structures, and the risk analysis of the reconstruction project using the original dam as the upstream cofferdam is different from that of the new water conservancy project. Based on the in-depth analysis and utilization of the dam diversion, this paper discusses the definition of the diversion risk of such projects and the factors that should be considered, and proposes the corresponding diversion risk analysis methods. Combined with the actual diversion scheme of the Fengman Hydropower Station, Calculated and verified. The results show that the reconstruction of the dam using the original cofferdam as the cofferdam should mainly consider the influence of hydrological uncertainty, and the Monte-Carlo method is more suitable for simulating the hydrology.
