[目的]观察活血化痰平喘汤配合西药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效。[方法]将118例随机分两组,对照组52例利巴韦林、头孢三嗪、氨溴素、美普清等西药常规治疗,治疗组66例在对照组基础上,加用三拗汤与三子养亲汤加减化裁的活血化痰平喘汤。治疗7d进行疗效判定。[结果]症状、体征改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组痊愈55例,好转8例,无效3例,总有效率95.45%。对照组痊愈34例,好转13例,无效5例,总有效率90.38%。治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在西医治疗基础上合用中药活血化痰平喘汤,其临床症状、体征改善疗效均明显优于单纯西医治疗。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Huoxue Huatan Pingchuan Decoction combined with Western medicine on bronchiolitis in children. [Conclusion] Based on the western medicine treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Huatan Pingchuan Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and signs better than the Western medicine alone.
