umuC实验是用于检测物质致癌、致突变性的一种有效方法.本文将化学物质暴露阶段的温度细化为37℃,获得最佳灵敏度.以北方某自来水厂的自来水为对象,研究前处理方法对遗传毒性诱导效应的影响,发现以Oasis HLB固相萃取柱为浓缩柱,丙酮为洗脱溶剂的样品前处理方法显示出最高的遗传毒性诱导效应.对上述自来水厂不同工艺过程出水的遗传毒性进行检测,结果表明氯消毒过程促进遗传毒性的诱导.
