近日,中央组织部结合开展学习实践科学发展观活动,在广泛征求意见的基础上,制定了《中央组织部工作人员行为规范》,并向全国组织系统印发了《组工干部“十严禁”纪律要求》。这是中组部继中纪委、中组部联合印发《关于深入整治用人上不正之风进一步提高选人用人公信度的意见》后,对干部队伍建设提出的又一重大举措,彰显了党中央从严治党的信心与决心。《组工干部“十严禁”纪律要求》向社会传递出三大信号:
