探讨了开挖和降水所引起的深基坑沉降对建筑物沉降影响,运用了弹性地基杆系有限元法对桩侧位移进行了计算和地表沉降估算。并运用三维有限元对基坑进行变形预测模拟,来研究深基坑开挖及降水所引起的建筑物沉降规律。对类似工程实践有着重要的指导意义。
The influence of settlement of deep foundation pit caused by excavation and precipitation on the settlement of buildings is discussed. The displacement of pile side and the settlement of ground surface are estimated by using the finite element method of elastic foundation. Deformation predicting simulation of foundation pit is carried out by using 3D finite element method to study the settlement rule of buildings caused by excavation and precipitation of deep foundation pit. It has important guiding significance for similar engineering practice.
