采用薄层扫描法测定了新疆产 5种秦艽植株不同部位中龙胆苦苷含量 ,结果表明 ,根中龙胆苦苷含量( 2 0 7%～ 5 .5 5 % )明显高于茎 ( 0 14 %～ 0 .6 6 % ) ,5种秦艽中又以天山秦艽的含量最多 ,新疆秦艽次之 ,小秦艽的较低
The content of gentiopicroside in different parts of five species of Gentiana macrophylla planted in Xinjiang was determined by thin-layer scanning. The results showed that the content of gentiopicroside in roots was significantly higher than that in stems (20-75%-5.5%). From 14% to 0.66%, five species of Gentiana were the most abundant in Tianshan Gentiana, followed by Qinhuang in Xinjiang, and lower in Gentiana.
