液晶能用作气相色谱固定液以分离沸点极相近的间位和对位异构体。我们制备双-(对-烷氧基苯甲酸)-邻-甲基-对-苯二酚酯(烷基为C_6-C_8)、双-(对-烷氧基苯甲酸)-对-苯二酚酯(烷基为C_6-C_9)七种芳羧酸双酯类液晶和三种混合液晶(M-103、M-104、M-201)。它们已成功地应用于二乙烯苯、二甲苯和甲酚等多种芳香族异构体的分离。这类芳羧酸双酯类液晶固定液具有选择性高、相变温度范围宽、蒸汽压低、稳定性好等性能。此外,在应用上它们还具有分析时间短和柱寿命长的优点。
Liquid crystal can be used as gas chromatographic fixative to separate very similar boiling point and para isomers. We prepared bis- (p-alkoxybenzoic acid) -o-methyl-p-hydroquinone esters (alkyl groups C 6 -C 8), bis- (p-alkoxy benzoic acid) Seven aromatic carboxylic acid diesters (M-103, M-104, M-201) with three aromatic carboxylic acid diesters (C 6 -C 9 alkyl) were synthesized. They have been successfully applied to the separation of various aromatic isomers of divinyl benzene, xylene and cresol. Such aromatic carboxylic acid diester liquid crystal fixing liquid with high selectivity, wide temperature range, low vapor pressure, good stability and other properties. In addition, they also have the advantage of short analysis time and long column lifetime.
