武龙太极是创始人张德全先生集四十年习武感悟编制而成。结合太极的原理,让习武者在音乐、口令、娱乐表演中学会中华武术刀枪棍剑的技击及表演精髓。武龙太极因龙而诞生,通过一条龙带结合传统武术的技击方法,形成了一套运动表演项目,让学生喜欢、爱不释手并在娱乐中掌握武术精华。武龙太极的精神所在,不仅在于强身健体,更是在于使人精、气、神平静合一。达到内外兼修的目的,而且对大学生的人格品质的培养、塑造德才兼备的高校人才也起到了很大的帮助作用。
