随着企业改革的不断深化、产品结构调整和减人增效力度加大,湖北省孝感市国有、集体企业相继出现了一批下岗、失业职工。为了进一步搞清全市国有企业下岗职工有关情况,最近,孝感市社会保险部门对全市国有企业下岗职工养老保险情况进行了一次全面调查。 一、下岗职工停保的基本情况 这次调查的全市国有企业共有2016家,在职职工144240人,调查面分别占参保企业和参保职工的84.3％、74％。受调查对象中下岗职工有35142人,占参保职工的24.3％,其中:有1876人未参加养老保险,占下岗职工的
