目的观察总结Vbeam脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿单纯性血管瘤的临床效果及经验。方法应用Vbeam脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿单纯性血管瘤376例,分析其疗效及不良反应。结果 Vbeam脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿单纯性血管瘤痊愈率为68.9%,显效率为22.1%;治疗时患儿年龄越小,血管瘤面积越小,治疗次数及疗效越好;位于眼、耳、口、鼻部位的血管瘤效果较其他部位差。结论 Vbeam脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿单纯性血管瘤的临床疗效好,安全性高,是一种理想的治疗手段。
Objective To summarize the clinical effect and experience of Vbeam pulsed dye laser treatment of infantile hemangiomas. Methods 376 cases of simple hemangiomas in infants and young children were treated with Vbeam pulsed dye laser. The curative effect and adverse reaction were analyzed. Results Vbeam pulsed laser treatment of infantile hemangioma cure rate was 68.9%, the effective rate was 22.1%; treatment of children younger, hemangioma area smaller, the number of treatment and the better the effect; located in the eyes, ears, Oral, nasal hemangioma than other parts of the poor. Conclusion Vbeam pulsed dye laser treatment of infantile hemangiomas with good clinical efficacy, high safety, is an ideal means of treatment.
